ESSE The Ironheart (Multi Fuel) - Wood Fired Cook Stove

Specially created to celebrate ESSE's 150 years.

A high performance stove and range cooker all-in-one, producing a fusion of cooking and heating.

The Ironheart has been specifically designed to contain heat; its convection panels radiate warmth similar to a wood burning stove.

The Ironheart gives out up to 9.7Kw to the room depending on fuel type and settings; this heat output is comparable to two medium-sized wood burning stoves.

The large firebox can burn either wood or smokeless fuels.

The oven has an almost 50 litre capacity, and you can also cook directly in the firebox. With the “dog bone” hotplate comfortably able to take up to six pans, the Ironheart is equipped to bring out the very best in culinary enthusiasts and creative cooks.

It’s become a firm favourite with head chef Gill Meller and his River Cottage HQ team.
